Yes, anytime. Your paid Membership stays active until the end of your year. After that, you'll be a Free Member again, and any leftover Coins stay in your account.

Yes. Lucky Me sessions are private to you. You can choose to post the result to the Wall of Luck if you want to share it, but nothing publishes by default.

A Rally is a group note for someone going through a big moment — a graduation, a marathon, a tough surgery. You start it, then invite friends to add their own messages. When everyone's in, the recipient gets one beautifully assembled note from the whole group. Free Members spend 4 Coins to start a Rally. Unlimited Members start them free. Friends always join free.

You share a link. They open it, sign in with Google or Apple in a few seconds, and add their message. No friction, no Coins to join.

Most Rallies are private — only people with the link can see or add to it. You can opt in to make a Rally public when you create it; public ones can also appear on the Wall of Luck.

A public space where Members post moments and other Members send luck. Anyone in the Club can browse the Wall and respond. It's the social side of the Club — the part where strangers turn into people rooting for you.

Yes — anything posted to the Wall is visible to other Members. Don't post anything you don't want associated with you publicly.

No. Posting and replying on the Wall are free for everyone.

Every month, seven curated brand gifts go live on the 7th. Members opt in to enter — Free or Annual, no cost. Any act of kindness in the Club (sending a note, starting a Rally, replying on the Wall of Luck) makes you eligible. Seven Members are randomly selected to win on the 30th. Gifts ship to you. You need to be 18 or older to enter.

No. Lucky Drop is free, and Coins do not buy entries or improve odds. Eligibility comes from acts of kindness in the Club.

Winners are selected at random from the pool of eligible opt-ins on the 30th of each month. We don't pick favorites and brands don't pick winners.

By email and in-product notification. We'll ask for your shipping address, then the brand ships your gift directly to you.

Family Account lets you add your partner, parents, kids, and teens to one shared Membership, with one shared activity log the whole household can see. Kids and teens get their own profiles with age-appropriate AI, and parents approve who they can send to. (Built to COPPA standards.)

One adult account holder, plus a partner, plus up to three children. Family Account is included with Unlimited.

Kids and teens have their own profiles inside your Family Account, with an age-tuned AI voice. Kids can only send to contacts a parent has approved, can't see the Wall, can't enter Lucky Drop, and can't make purchases. Parents see every message in the household activity log.

Notes you send are private between you and the recipient. The Wall of Luck is public by design. Lucky Me sessions are private to you unless you choose to post the result to the Wall.

From Settings, choose Delete account. We'll confirm by email and remove your account within 30 days. If you'd rather pause things, you can also cancel Unlimited and keep your Free account active.

Yes. From Settings → Privacy, request an export. We'll email you a copy within a few days.
